We had Caitlin shoot our engagements, bridals and wedding. Working on a very tight budget, Caitlin gave us superb customer service with amazing attention to detail. Caitlin got every single one of my "must take" photos and many many more. When we arrived home from our honeymoon, we already had a CD with a copyright release and almost 800 pictures from our wedding day waiting in our mail box!!! She was my absolute favorite vendor.Columbia Culinary Team - Catering: AI hired the CCT group to cater our wedding after tasting their awesome food. From the very beginning, the CCT group worked with us on both budget and menu allowing us to get everything we wanted including specially created vegetarian appetizers. Day of, I did not worry about a thing, CCT tookcare of everything and it all looked and tasted fantastic! I forgot to mark the places of our vegetarian guests, but CCT figured it out and got all of the vegetarians the correct meals.Eden's Echo - Florist: AI had a very small order, but I can tell that Erin took the time to do a great job on my bouquets and boutonnieres. I especially loved the boutonnieres which were very alternative and made ut of thistle - they looked great on the guys. The bouquets were beautiful and well done also. Erin's attention to detail is great.Azini Photography - Photography: AErika did a wonderful job photographing our wedding. We hired Erika as a second photographer to make sure we got plenty of detail shots. Her photos are artisic and very well done.Pastry Garden - Cake: A-Our wedding cake was delicious and beautiful. Lana workede iwth our unique requests (such as an embeded digital picture frame) and made everything perfect! My only complaint is that our cake toppers were loosely attached (we provded them) so they toppled down the cake. We were able to reaffix them, but the frosting got smooshed a little bit in the process.Wanda Deagen Dance Studio - Dance Instruction: AAaron helpd us to perfect and clean up our dance and gave us a few ideas to incorporate. Everything went great.Studio One - Dance Instruction: B-We initially went to Studio One for our dance lessons but stopped after they switched our instructor about a month before our wedding. We never really got back into the groove with the new instructor and no one ever explained what happened to our old instructor.Stephanie McNeeley: ?I hired Stephanie through a bartering arrangement. No services changed hands so I cannot rate her coordination service. DH and I decided to do without a coordinator when trying to schedule a meeting with Stephanie got more stressful than the idea of not having a coordinator.Unitarian Church - Ceremony Reception and Venue: B-The church itself is very affordable and beautiful. The AV technician knew what he wasdoing and was helpful. The only problem we had was with the church coordinator who was pushy and rude. She hurried us through decorating the hall and made us end our reception early. I heard from another bride that the church has hired someone new to do wedding coordination for the church as a full time job. If this is true, I would not hessitate to recommend the Unitarian Church as a wedding and reception venue.Vanity Room - Hair and Make Up: AKellie did my hair nad make up for both my bridals and day of. It looked great and lasted for the entire reception.Susan Dettmer - Skin Care: AI hired Susan to help get my skin looking nice before our wedding. She made my skin look better than it has in years. Also, the first facial is half price and her prices are always reasonable. She customizes her facials to your specific skin type.David's Bridal - Dress and Alterations: A-I was very happy with my dress. It looked great and was reasonably priced. My only complaint would be that one of the points on my bustle broke during our dance.Men's Wearhouse - Tux Rentals: AThe groom, groomsmen, and ring bearer all looked great. The tuxes looked fantasitc and Men's Wearhouse was flexible on where the guys could pick up their tuxes (their home towns v. San Antonio). We got a discount for using David's Bridal and an additioal discount for attending the bridal show. DH's tux was free because four other people got tuxes. Also, when DH found a stain on his shirt it was promptly and politely replaced.
