Where to find good shoes!

I'm having trouble finding cute dyeable shoes for the bridesmaids at a reasonable price.  All of the dyeables ones seem to be at likes $60 and I'm hoping for closer to $30-$40.  The BM dresses are long maroon with a beaded empire waist...my dress has the swarovski crystals so i want to incorporate some crystals even if they're small.  I want a sandal that is either silver or dyeable so it will match the dress.  My MOH and I looked at some cute black shoes but think they would look odd with the maroon dress.  In short, PLEASE tell me you know of a website/store that sells cute dyeable shoes for a good price!!!

  • This is a silly thing to worry about, especially since nobody will even see the BMs' shoes. And even if people COULD see their shoes, they won't care what they look like. Let each BM get her own silver sandal. Boom, done. They get to make themselves happy and you have one more thing off your plate. You will be so busy and over-the-moon on your wedding day that even you won't notice what's on their feet. If they need suggestions on where to find their own silver shoes, try zappos.com, bluefly.com, Payless, Target or any department store.

  • I agree, just let them wear a black or silver shoe. Since the dress is long, I don't think anyone will ever see their feet. If you are still interested in dyeables, payless as a nice variety (no crystals though) that are about $45. They have about 60 different colors you can choose from. I actually bought my wedding shoes from them. I just wanted white, so I bought them directly from the store and non-dyeables are only $20!

  • Please don't do dyeables!  If you're looking for a metallic embellishment then go for silver or gold - and pick a style and let them find one that they like.   Remember, NO ONE will see their feet if the dress is long.  It will be hemmed specifically to cover their shoes as it is.
