Anyone Know This Dress?

I'm fairly positive it's a Bill Levkoff. Thanks so much!  If that isn't the dress, it is pretty darn close!  Close enough for me, we'll definitely be checking it out.  Now, I just need to see if my colors will be available.  Tiffany Blue and Chocolate Brown.  I see they have Sable, which is basically our brown, but I'm not sure of an equivalent to the blue.  Thanks again!
