Plus Size Dresses for Maids

I am finding it near impossible to find nice, simple knee-length dresses for my plus-size bridesmaids. I love Ann Talyor and Priscilla of Boston, because their dresses don't scream "bridesmaid!" (like dresses from David's Bridal and Alfred Angelo, etc. do) but I need a company that makes dresses up to size 28. Any thoughts?

I guess what I am looking for is something that I would want to wear to a wedding as a guest. To me, satin, shashes, and bows are things that only bridesmaids wear...because they are forced to. Plus, floor length just seems so stuffy and formal. I want to make the girls look good and feel comfortable.

My girls are wearing After Six style 6561. My sister is a size 18 and it is very flattering on her. It is "irridescent taffeta" and may not be the most wearable dress to other weddings, but it may be. Also the sash is only attached to the dress by two string loops, so they could remove it after your wedding is over.
