How do I divide?

I have a matron of honor and a maid of honor, and I'm not sure how to divide their duties.  They decided to each host one of the parties (bridal shower and bachelorette) but I'm not so sure how to divide the others (ie holding the ring, signing the marriage license, standing directly next to me at the ceremony, who walks down the aisle where, etc).  I figured I will probably just let the two of them decide how to divide em but any advice here would be great. Thanks!

Ask them what they want to do for you on that day?

Walking down the aisle and standing next to you aren't that big of a deal.I'd have the one who stands next to you hold the ring and your bouquet. Have the other sign the marriage license.

In most weddings, the best man holds the wedding rings.  That doesn't have to be what you do but it's what I've seen.As far as signing the marriage license and standing next to you, I'd say the one who signs stands next to the one who stands next to you.

First off...TideTravel...that was hilarious haha!  Great idea :pThanks for the input girls.  I was thinking about having one stand next to me and one sign the license but I wasn't entirely sure about it.  I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who thought of it!

Also had a matron and maid of honor. The ringbearer carried the rings and handed them to the best man. I don't remember who signed the marriage certificate, probably whoever was closest at the time. One came in right before me for the ceremony and I swapped them for the reception.

Talk to them and ask them what matters to each and haave them rank them in order most important to least
