Get rid of a bridesmaid?  Just kidding.  There seems to be an influx of, "But my situation is so different.  I should be able to totally ruin and destroy a friendship so I can have my pretty pretty princess day!".

    Yes. You can. Because you are different and special. And your friend totally doesn't support you the way a "good" BM should.And when you boot her, you should be sure to tell her exactly why you're doing so. That would be the unselfish thing to do.

    Just going to relax.  Probably do some scuba diving.  FI is from England so we weren't sure what was going to happen with his green card before the wedding so we decided to have a pseudo honeymoon before the wedding.  He just got his green card though so, yay he gets to stay and I don't have to move to England :-)
