japow - I personally think that your suggestion is quite thoughtful.  I don't know where other poeple live or are from, but I live in Ohio and I think for a winter wedding, it is great.  Except for the fact that it is 65 degrees outside, this thread is making me want to break out my boots and join you for that cup of hot chocolate...Again, you know your girls and know what they like.  What you are suggesting is not rude or stupid, but thoughtful and sweet.

Thanks Christy! I'm trying to do as many things as possible to be thoughtful(but not pushy). Isn't this weather wild??! Honestly, I've still been wearing flipflops when I run out somewhere. I swear last Thanksgiving it was snowing already. I'm enjoying this WAY too much. It probably means we are going to get slammed in December and January.  The boots and hot chocolate are just going to have to wait until we get our  2 feet of snow.

You all have put me in the mood for hot chocolate and a snuggle with a dachsund. I'll have to snuggle my Meg, a half-sheltie/half-eskimo furball. By the way, one of my winter coats is suede lined with fake fur and is VERY warm, even in the blizzards of northern NJ. (Granted, if I'm making snow angels, I wear the down jacket, but that's just to keep from ruining the suede).
