Help! I have a major dilemma and wish I really thought harder about who I wanted to be in my wedding party. My bridesmaids are my bff (who lives out of state and is my MOH), my 2 younger sisters and friend. My wedding is 3 months away (Oct 29th) and am considering asking my friend to step down as a bridesmaid. I know she has been dealing with financial issues and other family issues and feel like she's not happy to be a part of the wedding. On top of that, I feel bad because I did not ask my FI's only sibling/sister to be a bridesmaid. I feel horrible about it and want to ask her, however, am wondering if it's too late to ask her. We did ask her to do a reading at our ceremony, but I think she was disappointed. My future sister in law lives out of state and we really aren't that close and only really see her and her family during the holidays. I didn't ask her because I didn't want to be burden on her either as she has 3 young kids, which the youngest (3yrs old) is our flowergirl. Any advice??
