is asking if any other brides getting married the same week want to share rentals to take some costs down. I have to assume she means chairs and linens. Anyone else think this is  a bad idea? At my wedding, the table cloths were all stained from wine and food. I have never heard of people sharing things like this. Especially in the same weekend. I mean, wouldn't that mean that someone would need to stay up after the wedding and do a crapload of laundry? just a funny thought.

Yeah you would think she would want to find someone like a month before or after, then one of them could buy them, and the other could buy them from her. That would make more sense...

I agree, this sounds like a nightmare.  If she is talking about tables and chairs, moving the things from one space to another is going to be a logistical nightmare.  You're right about the linens, they'd be gross and still a nightmare.  

Although we did share a unity candle holder and altar flowers with the couple before us at the church.  But somehow I don't think that's what she's talking about.

Yeah, she specifically said rentals. Unity candles aren't what I consider a rental....lol.

I think she is looking at a lot of different ways to cut costs (which is good) but I also know what it's like on a wedding day....she's looking to create more stress.

MNIN, a singular stand for a candle is a completely different thing. That's not a stressful thing.....packing chairs up after the shindig to cart them somewhere else for the very next day is uber crazy!

Oh, and I don't sweat EVER....so I can guarantee it.

Also, I have some blue panties as my something blue....you want those too?

Eww!  After as much as I sweat at our wedding, I would not like to see or touch your blue panties.  

But I did know a girl that bought her own linens.  She brought them home and dumped them in the floor of her guest bedroom before they went on their HM.  They ended up sitting there for a month before she got around to washing them.  Needless to say, she wasn't able to resell them.
