Hi Girlies!!I am new to the board and am in desperate need of some rec's! I am looking for a DJ and a Lighting person! Our wedding is 9-4-2010, so we have some time to finish planning but between school and work its becoming a little overwhelming haha! If anyone has some rec's on vendors they loved or hated I really appreciate it! Hope everyone has a great weekend!Thanks!!*Heather

    I booked Alusstra Entertainment for Dj as well as uplighting services. I was really impressed with the presentation they gave and they're extremely reasonable in regards to price. I spoke with Edward Alcantar-here's the website. Hope that helps!http://www.saweddingdj.com/

    I am also using Alusstra for dj and uplighting. I've met with Edward twice. Once to sign contract and review services and the 2nd time he came out to my venue to test out the uplighting so I could choose the colors I wanted. So far I have no complaints about him and his wife Alma. They have been great so far. I had a friend that used Alusstra (music only) for her wedding and they were pleased as well. I was initially referred to them by Bright Shawl. Good luck!
