Which is why I have been MIA for a couple of weeks. Can I just add it is SOOO difficult to plan from 900 miles away?! I know some of you are doing it even from other countries, I do not envy you one bit!!! lol It's so stressful to HAVE to do everything all at once.
I was able to take a trip to Indiana (where our wedding is) from Saturday-Wednesday. Saturday I bought my veil (finally, had to get it off the rack so I got a great deal and it's so pretty!) and we picked up two BM dresses. Got up at 4am so by the time we got back from the airport/shopping, I was pretty beat.
Sunday I had my shower! It was pretty small, since nobody on FI's side was there and there was a graduation in our family, which knocked out like, 8 ppl. But it was awesome and we had a great time

Monday I had my hair trial (a disaster...my hair has thinned out way too much for my hair style so now I need to find extensions and pray for the best since another trial isn't really possible! Human hair extensions are not cheap, either!) Then had my dress fitting...lost 10 lbs so it fit perfectly! HUGE relief since the privacy panel didn't quite snap in April! Then we met with the wedding planner, then the DJ.
Tuesday I FINALLY ordered flowers (so incredibly late on that...but it's done now!), then had my make up trial. After that, we met with the caterer about the bar, and finally met again with the planner at our venue, and the venue coordinator to figure out tables and such. Everything was so different in my head, but it is what it is and I'm still trying to figure it out...like where the head table is, where the candy buffet and cake tables will be, etc. Also peeved we won't be able to get in to decorate until right around our rehearsal time, and we can't stay late (rehearsal dinner won't be over until 8:30 or 9 the way it is). No clue how it's going to work, but everyone assures me it will

Wednesday was mostly just shopping craft stores for some stuff. My list shrank, but at the same time, it grew! Napkin rings are the latest DIY project to start/finish.
Whew...thank goodness I'm going back a week before the wedding for some (more) last minute stuff. I can't believe it's officially less than a month, and some of you are less than two weeks!!!
