FI has WP drama! Poor baby

In Chile, WPs don't exist, so you'd think that it would be impossible to have drama when people don't know how it should go, especially with guys.

HA. FI has 4 GMs - none from his group of 3 close HS friends. I don't know why, I didn't ask. Last night he tells me that 2 of the HS friends have been bugging him about not having a "representative". Of course the one he'd actually ask is the one who's not giving him crap about it, the other guys were never in the running!

Then tonight, his brother was being a pain about getting a black suit, and FI under his breath goes "well fine, you don't have to be a GM." I was like "umm, honey, actually that's not how it works..." It's all going to be fine, but it makes me laugh that these boys are causing far more problems than us girls who've grown up with the idea of WPs!

That IS funny. I would never think that guys would care about WPs. Even my DH said that I needed to pick stuff out because the guys didn't care.

That's funny!  Most guys I know are drama-free but not ALL are that way.  :-)

Hahaha, this amuses me.

I was initially told who FI was picking, and after that most of the "GM decisions" were left up to me "Since they couldn't be bothered with this crap" , lol.

Well FBIL finally got the picture that this is his only brother's wedding, and it's important to FI that he look nice, so crisis averted. And for the friends, I pulled out the WPB advice: "honey, just tell them that you couldn't ask everyone who's important to you, say that you don't want to discuss it anymore, and then bean dip." Except I didn't say bean dip because poor FI would have been far too confused.
