Petite Bridesmaid

Does anyone know where I can find bridesmaid dresses for a very small, skinny girl??  Please help..this is going to drive me nuts!!

Probably anywhere she normally buys clothes. They do not have to be labeled as bridesmaid to make them appropriate. OR you can find a style and have a seamstress make it. Where does she normally shop?

Would she fit in a jr. bridesmaid dress? A lot of BM dress styles can be made for jr. BMs, which are misses sizes. I mean, what size does she normally wear? If she's a 0 she will fit into a size 2 BM dress, normally. Can she have a dress hemmed and taken in a little?

Talk to some bridal salons, alot of the dresses can come in petite sizes. One of my best friends had to order her wedding dress in petite because she is so tiny. Also, alot of the regular bridesmaid dresses can be ordered in a small size and then just altered to fit even smaller if necessary.

One of my bridesmaids is 4'9" (maybe) and a size 0...she ordered a size 2 (smallest size they had) and it fit her perfectly...now all she has to do is have it hemmed a little (at Davids Bridal you can order a petite dress)

Aria bridesmaids offer petite sizing- I believe it shortens the torso length of the dress, in their case.  www.ariadress.com

I would check at David's Bridal. And look at J. Crew, Ann Taylor.

FIrst, find out the BMs budgets.  Then, I'd look at OTR places like J.Crew and Ann Taylor (and their sales) first.  Then I'd talk to bridal stores to see what petite sizing they might have in her budget too.
