Two ring-bearers or something else?

I have two nieces and two nephews.  When I get married my nieces will be 10 & 4.  My nephews will be 5 & 2.  I'd like my oldest niece to be a jr bridesmaid because of the age gap, but is she still too young for that title?  I want them ALL to be involved in the wedding party, no matter what.  Should I have my two nephews be ring-bearers or the youngest one (age2) have a different title?  The other option is to have 2 ring bearers and 2 flower girls....

I do hair for a living and I just did a little girls hair who was the flower girl, she also told me that she was once a jr bridesmaid and she was also 10. It would be cute to have the other little girl be the flower girl and have each ring bearer be on either side to escort her down. Then the jr bridesmaid by herself, that would also make her feel important and make her feel she has a different role.
