I know I could go post this on the food and cakes board or something, but I feel like this is my *home* board and most of you know who I am.
As I said yesterday, I started this 8 week weight loss challenge. I am going grocery shopping after work today and need some ideas of meals to throw together that are better for me than the Kraft Mac & Cheese I usually crave. I LOVE pasta, and know it's not the best for me, but if it's in moderation I think I will be ok. I HATE chicken breast and fish.
So, does anyone have any suggestions and yummy recipes?
