Asking your bridesmaids

I need help thinking of a creative way to ask my bridesmaids to be un my wedding! Does anyone have any ideas?

    I would hold off on asking anyone until about 8 months out from your wedding.  We've seen TONS of stories on here where brides had a falling out with a BM between the time they asked and the wedding and it got ugly.

    Check out pinterest - there are tons of cute ideas! I'm asking my in-town bridesmaids in person, but sending a bottle of champagne and a nice letter to my two out of town bridesmaids - something along the lines of "I found my man, but I still need my girls." I've seen a lot of girls propose "bridesmaidhood" by popping the question with ring pops, or giving them nice friendship photo albums.
