I was BEAT yesterday.  I don' tknow if it's a combo of my "news" or the cold I had but I went home and fell asleep on the couch right after work.

Missed it again! Tuesdays in theory are good days for me, I've just had random conflicts lately...sorry, will try to do better. I had my host sister's birthday dinner last night, which was fun, and then I came home and took Nyquil. Still groggy this morning - any kind of sleepy-making medicine just kills me. But on the upside, my cold is WAY better.

Stina, good luck with the 5k, and Saxy, good look on the half! I did my 10k despite being sick on Sunday, and it was pretty much hell as expected. Would never have finished it if I hadn't done a half last year since I spent km 2-9 telling myself "you can do this, you did twice this last year!"
