NWR - I want to cry I'm so happy

I just graduated from college in may and I having been applying for one job after another in the oil and gas industry. I am interning right now but that will end before the wedding. I have been absolutely desperate for a job because I need the money to pay off my student loans. I have been so stressed out worrying that I will have to get a job at some restaurant or bookstore. Not that working at those places is bad, but with the amount of loans I have I would be in debt forever if I didn't get a higher paying job..

But the good news is that I just got two callbacks!!!!! And I just want to cry! So I had to just share with everyone because this has been SUCH a big stress on me.... even though interviews haven't been set up yet, I am just stoked that they were even interested enough in me to call me!

km, that is awesome! I am also currently looking for/applying for jobs. I am a teacher though so I might not find anything until August or September even, which stresses me out. Some teachers will literally get a call like, three days after school starts, saying "We have a third grade position, can you start tomorrow?" I am hoping this does not happen to me because I am a planner. Best of luck!

Oh wow good luck!! I'm a planner too so I know what you mean. Are teacher jobs in demand where you are at? I have been told by some friends (who are teachers in my area) that finding a job in Texas has been really difficult the last couple years
