Yes. But just call him a groomsman. The "junior" is pointless in a WP b/c they all do the same thing.
What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14

and have him just walk up and down aisle by himself? Thanks by the way

He could be a groomsman...or is there a grandmother/mother or someone he might want to usher down the aisle?  That's what we're doing with my fiance's young cousin as all of the other male cousins are his groomsmen, we wanted him included so he's walking grandma down the aisle.

My younger brother (who is older than yours) is going to be a GM since my FI and him are close. If he wasn't going to ask him, I would have asked him to stand on my side. He is also going to read the Sheva Brachot (a Jewish wedding blessing) which is a pretty big honor in my family. Maybe you can have him do a reading of some sort if you don't want to include him with the GM.

You could have him as an usher, a reader, or perhaps (if he does this) sing/musical accompaniment?

I think this is a great idea since your mom will be the last down the aisle before the WP.....or you can do what we did (just for the recessional since the men were at the front for the processional), is have two groomsmen walk with one bridesmaid.

I had my fifteen year old brother be an usher.  Thirteen may still be a bit immature for that role though or he may be uncomfortable, your call.

But if you do want him to be a groomsman, go for it!  My thirteen year old sister was one of my BMs - no junior in the title and she did great!
