bridesmaid dresses - whatcha think?

I posted this on my club board earlier, so if anyone has already seen this, I apologize. I got lots of great feedback from those ladies, but if anyone else would like to give their opinion, it would be appreciated. I'm just still not sure. What do you think of this as a BM dress? (black with a pink sash or solid black.) Honest opinions, good or bad! TIA!

It's a really cute dress!  I would still have all of your girls try it on before you decide, it will look much different on them than it does on the model.

I agree with Aerin. While the dress is pretty basic (meaning many designers make this design) it may not look good on all your bridesmaids.

And I know it would only look good on 1/3 of my WP girls.

Yeah, two of my BMs have bewbs bigger than their heads, so strapless is a no-go.

I have seen all of my BMs wear strapless and none of them are too "top heavy" so I know strapless is cool w/ them. I wish we could all get together to try it on at one time, but they live all over the country, unfortunately. So they'll have to try them on and I'll just trust their judgement of whether it looks good on them or not. I'm surprised that it doesn't seem formal enough - not offended by any means, just surprised. I hadn't thought of that. I will say it does look different in black though. Thanks for all the input!

I have actually worn that dress in a daytime wedding, and it was very cute on. I am one of those that has "bewbs" bigger than my head, but I put small spaghetti straps on it and it worked perfectly. It is on the less formal side, but it worked on me and a fellow wp member that has nothing on top...lol.

Thanks for the help! My BMs have said that they like it, I just worry that they're just saying that b/c I do. I don't want it to be too informal, although I definitely want cocktail length dresses. Also I'm trying to stay as close to $100 as possible for their sakes. And I want something flowy and loose at the bottom. I'm open to suggestions if anyone has any!
