AFTER MUCH debate, my girls and I have all found a dress that we love. My wedding is October 23,2011. My MOH ordered her dress already, well actually the day we picked it out. My little sister will be measured and I will order hers when she gets back from visiting our dad during her summer break in about a week. Should I worry about the other 2 bridesmaids? I mean i'm not really worried about it that much but I am a little. It takes roughly a month to get the dress. Not sure if they will need alterations. When do I mention it or say anything? Should I just let them get it whenever and if they don't, they don't? I don't want to nag or bother them..I just am starting to slightly worry if there is enough time to order, get, and fix if needed.Thanks for the advice
