Do you know where the location of your reception will be yet?  Reason I ask is because a lot have suggested caterer lists and they will only allow specific approved caterers.  I would check with your venue first and see if they have an approved caterer list or recommendations for you.

Personally, my recommendation would be to check out Carino's Catering.  I used them for my wedding and had no problems at all.

If Anne Marie's catering is on the list, I would definitely check with them.  Their food is delicious and I think it's reasonably priced.  I've been working with Matt, and he is very responsive to e-mail.  Holly is the lady that works there, and although I haven't dealt with her very much, she was really sweet when I met her, and I've heard nothing but nice things about her.
