HELP! Need a creative MOH gift

I've known my MOH for 30+ years and I would like to give her something very special and unique as a thank you gift; not only for being my MOH but for being an awesome friend.   Any ideas?

You know her and her tastes.  Don't get stuck in some box of wedding party gifts.  Think about things that she would like

My MOH was my sister.  I gave her booze and concert tickets to a show she really wanted to see.

Right, what does she like?  Is she a Harley chick or a spa girl?  All about going to concerts, or a theater maven?  Does she go nuts over soaps and lotions?  Purses?  Boots & shoes?  Does she read constantly?

What are your shared interests?  I love to read, and so do all of my bridesmaids, so I'm getting them all nice leather-bound books.  It's a gift that I know that not only will they like and want to keep, but that will remind them of me as well.  I would focus on something like that.  Don't look at "bridesmaid gifts," they're usually not things that anyone actually wants.
