If you are looking for a hotel with historic charm and modern features, look no further. This hotel offers a vie of the River, the city, the pool or their beautiful courtyard. The hotel is the old Saint Marys School For Boys which later turned into the Law School at St Marys.
The rooms are a nice size, complete with a minibaar. The beds are very, very comfortable.. as is the over sized chair. The shower/bathroom is what you expect in a nice hotel. The lobby is ultra modern with touches of history everywhere. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Valet parking is available.
The hotel is within walking minutes of good food and entertainment. The Hard Rock Cafe is amazing, as are all the places on the River Walk. Looking for a late night snack? The Lone Star Cafe has the most amazing nachos in the world!
All in all, the Riverwalk has amazing hotels, but the Omni is by far the best!
