Do I do something different for the MOH?

I'm just starting to look at BM dresses (yay!) and I am wondering if I am supposed to put the MOH in a different color/style dress than the rest of the BMs.. thoughts?

All of my BMs and my MOH had different dresses. After we talked about budgets, I told them a length, color, and designer (Alfred Angelo) and said go choose something. This way, I didn't have to worry about finding a dress that looked nice on everyone and each girl could choose a dress she truly liked (not just telling me she liked it to make me happy) and one that she might wear again to church, another wedding, on a date, etc. 

If you don't want your MOH in a different dress, you can have her wear a sash, special shoes, a headpiece/fascinator, or have her carry a different bouquet.

It's up to you.  All of my girls have the same dress, but my MOH is wearing light pink and the rest of my bridesmaids are wearing dark purple.

All of my girls have different dresses. My MOH has a slightly bigger bouquet.

Up to you! Mine is only because I could tell she wasn't thrilled about the green everyone else liked and wanted the pink do letting her wear pink and everyone else green just made everyone happier. Otherwise I probably would have chosen to have the same color
