    First off, vendors of any kind are not allowed on the knot and will get your post deleted and yourself banned.

    Second off, take shape for life (aka: medifast) is a terrible plan. Eating dehydrated food for 5 of 6 meals and eating under 1000 calories a day will make you lose weight, but you will also lose muscle mass and all weight will be regained once you re-enter the world of real food.
