OK, my FFIL is the BM, as FI really wanted to honor his dad in a special way.  My question is, during the recessional does he walk out with MOH, or does he escort MOG?  I have 2 ushers, and one will be escorting my mom (she and my dad are divorced), and my dad will be escorting my stepmom.  If need be, the other usher could escort MOG.  I asked the FIL's their feelings on this, and they said they want to go with however or I want it, or however "protocol" says it should be done.  Sorry if the post is a bit confusing; I should be sleeping, not knotting :).

    I don't know about "protocol," and you said you already asked your FILs, but I'd let them decide what they want to do.  I think it would be nice for your FIs parents to walk out together.  I just googled it, and couldn't find anything, so maybe someone else will have a better answer.
