Probably a stupid question..

My FI's dad is one of the groomsmen in our wedding. We are getting ready to put in our order for flowers and since we have four colors (hot pink, tangerine, yellow and white) as our wedding colors, we've decided to have:

-FI wear a hot pink bout and I carry a hot pink and orange bouquet
-Groomsmen wear orange bouts and ties to match the BM's wearing tangerine dresses
-Parents wear yellow bouts and corsages
-Grandparents wear white bouts and corsages

But we keep going back and forth on FI's dad because he is a groomsmen. Should he wear yellow or orange? Haha told ya it is probably a stupid question, but we can't make up our minds!

I admitted to FI that I was overthinking this, but it is just in my nature sometimes to worry too much!  I'll just ask FFIL. Thanks for the help.

If he says "whatever you want," (a distinct possibility, this usually isn't guy territory) what about him wearing an orange tie and either a yellow bout or a bout with both yellow and orange?  He'll stand out a teeny bit, but since he's serving double duty, I think it's totally fine if his outfit reflects that.

I almost think that FOG is more important than GM. I personally would put him in the color of the parents.

My mom and MIL were the MOH and BM, respectively at our wedding. We had no other attendants and they both carried bouquets. After the fact, I regretted not getting them both corsages. But, it was such a small wedding that everyone knew they were the MOB and MOG, again respectively.

Bottom line: Banana nailed. Ask the dad what he thinks and most likely, as pp said, he won't even care and the other men won't 'get it!' LOL
