Necktie Clutch

I saw a picture of a clutch made out of a necktie recently that I would love to make for my bridesmaids, but can not figure out how it is made.  It is from the real wedding "Kristin  and Jared in Las vegas, NV"  Has anyone seen this picture or have any idea how it's made or how I can find out?

Not sure how she made it, but it looks like a bowtie was just sewed onto a matching pocket clutch. I'd send that photo to an etsy designer. They would probably be able to make it for you.
