Wedding Party

Groomsmen Inviting Himself

So my fiance and I have picked our wedding party but he has this friend who is kinda inviting himself. He's a nice guy but he is the person who always invites himself to everything and can get on your nerves after a while so we don't want him to be apart of the wedding party. Problem is that whenever anything is mentioned about the wedding or reception he jumps in the conversation as if he  has already been invited to be a groomsmen(which there's no reason he should think that!).What do we do? We don't want him to be a member but how do we let him down gently or should we just keepchugging along until it goes away?

Re: Groomsmen Inviting Himself

  • Ditto everyone else. Also, if you guys don't want him in the wedding party, stop refering to him as a groomsman.
