Okay so me and my one friend always said that we would be each others maid of honors when we got married. Now, she has changed and I don't really agree with a lot of her choices and would rather not have her as my MOH. How do I tell her that? I am thinking about just not having one but I think she will still be hurt. AHHH! So stressful. (also i have read a lot on here about not choosing your wedding party until 6 months before but I am having a destination wedding so do you guys think I should ask sooner to give them more time to plan?)
