Heres the story, I was engaged before and a really close friend at that time was going to be a bridesmaid. Since then her and I have split apart some but we are still friends. I'm getting married to another man and we decided on 4 bridesmaids and groomsmen. Well, i changed up my bridal party to cousins whom I have become closer to. While talking about it, my friend started getting controlling and upset that she wasn't going to be a bridesmaid. I offered her the candle lighter position and she declined it. That was really the only ceremony position that we needed filled. I don't want a passage reader and we aren't having singers. What other positions could I offer her? I know she should be happy for me but she is bi-polar and she hasn't talked to me since. I'm a people pleaser type person but I want to be happy on my wedding day and not deal with someone controlling or negative but I still want to include her.
