I just got back from the craft store on my lunch and I am so excited! I have to share. I bought un-decorated wood picture frames for my bridesmaids so I can decorate them and put a picture of me and her in them as part of their wedding gift bag.
Frames and decor were under $5 a piece.
Next, I got an un-decorated wood jewelry box for our niece (fg). We also bought her some jewelry for the wedding day. Total cost was $9.50
Then I bought these un-decorated wood trucks that have hooks like coat hanger hooks and can be mounted on the wall. We have some plaques at home that we are going to decorate, tie a ribbon to and put a picture of us and our nephew(rb) on the plaques. Then he can hang them from the truck on his wall. He will only be a year at the time of the wedding, but I wanted to do something special. Total for both trucks, paint and decor was $4.50.
Finally, I got ribbon to finish our ribbon wands. Cannot wait to finish crafing! Hopefully I can find some time to work on the projects this weekend and I will post pics as soon as they are done!
