Viet Engagement Ceremony Invite

Okay... I really need help figuring this out... Now FMIL wants an invitation for the Engagement Ceremony... I have no idea what it needs to say on there and I asked my parents and FMIL and neither of them know... (no one usually does this)... anyways... Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Did any of you guys make invitations for the engagement ceremony?TIA!

    Personally we just sent out emails, I tried to include a little bit about the significance of the event because I’m white. I’d also recommend that you specifically mention to people that they *do not* need to give you presents, because my family started to assume you did.
