    Use Steve Greenseid Catering!!!!!! http://www.greenseidcatering.com/I had my wedding on the West Coast of Florida but he traveled - We had a Shabbat dinner, a Kiddish lunch on Saturday, and the wedding on Sunday so I had ample opportunity to survey all of his food. Each event was OUTSTANDING. The food could not have been better - everyone in family agrees and they are VERY critical on food. Also, he was our easiest vendor to deal with - straight forward. honest, and went easy on us when we realized we wanted more than what we originally contracted for.Its called Steve Greenseid catering, but now it is run by his son, Jon.

    My wedding was at Congregation Bnai Israel in Boca. It is a reform shul, but the caterer will go under the local Vaad (he did for our wedding). Everything was AMAZING! Email if you have any questions: hng615 at yahoo.

    Executive Caterers! I got married in Ft. Lauderdale and he does weddings all over S. Fla. The food was amazing and I was able to customize the menu with him. Plus you get a lot of food for the money and the food is presented beautifully.
