Mezuzah from shards of wedding glass

I just got a picture of the mezuzah made from the shards of our wedding glass from [url=http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5729312]Etsy seller Enid Traisman[/url], and thought I would pass it along for those who have shown interest.  As you can see, the mottled blue and white glass from the glass that we broke was indeed retained in the finished mezuzah, as we had hoped.[url=http://sites.google.com/site/2dbride/ceremony/MezuzahFinished.jpg][img]http://sites.google.com/site/2dbride/ceremony/MezuzahFinished.jpg?height=420&width=312[/img][/url]

    very nice. FMIL bought us a vase with a tube attached to put the shards in. it says i am my belved's and my beloved's is mine.

    beautiful! my friends got me that as a combination enggement/wedding gift (the glass that you send back to the company to get made into a mezuzah).
