Latke recipes -here's mine

If you like sweet potatoes and spicy foods, this recipe is absolutely delicious and much tastier than white potatoes, IMHO.  It is especially good with sour cream or yogurt cheese (plain yogurt that is sieved and all the liquids drained).

Anyone have a favorite latke recipe they'd like to share.

ooo - those sound excellent! maybe I should deviate from the norm this year...

the ones I make are your basic shreaded potato and onion, but I do my FI's grandmother's trick of using stale challah crumbs instead of a flour or other meal. there really is a difference in the texture.
