    What is your goal for week 11? My Fi and I are going to start off walking 2 miles four to five times a week at the track. And I'm cutting out carbs and sugar. I went to the market and bought lots of veggies, fruit, fish, whole grain cereal, low fat milk, oatmeal. That's all I got so far. I struggle with knowing what to cook that's healthy. I'm not the greatest cook :/  Then I'm going to start going back to the gym. My motivation comes in waves. I hope this time it sticks.

    What were some struggles?  It is getting hot here in FL...so walking the bridge is out...I would die in the heat...I just need to get motivated to use my workout tapes...
    What things were easy?  ...
    If you lost weight if so how much?   Stayed the same...just glad I'm maintaining
    If you lost inches, if so how many? I still need to get to this...

    What is your goal for week 11?  Work out two times this week at least....drink more water!

    Did you meet your goal? No.

    What were some struggles? Everything was a struggle. Even getting to the gym or excersing was a struggle.

    What things were easy?Munching. lol.

    If you lost weight if so how much?  I gained 1lbs. :(

    If you lost inches, if so how many?Not counting.

    What is your goal for week 11? To lose that pound and get back on track!
