Grooms Kippah

Hey I was wondering what kind of Kippah your grooms have worn?  I am trying to find one with "I am my beloved and my beloved is mine" in Hebrew.  Its so hard.  Does anybody have any suggestions?  My wedding is November 26th, so I need to order it asap! Thank you in advance.

That sounds like a special order. Many grooms wear a white kippah because being under the chuppah is a personal Yom Kippur. Go with something that he feels comfortable wearing and will continue to wear. If you want to special order, do check a local Judaica store or online.

My husband just wore one of the kippahs I ordered for all the men at the wedding, guests included, and he was fine with that.

Same here, but, I do think it's really nice if you want to get him a special one.  I, honestly, never thought of that!

J and I really wanted him to wear a special one that he would keep and continue to wear.  Unfortunately, he's too picky and by the time we found one he liked there wasn't enough time to have it shipped from Australia, so he just wore one of the ones that we ordered for the guests to wear.

Same here.  He was considering wearing one he had purchased in Israel, but decided since it didn't go with the color scheme he'd just wear one of the ones we ordered.

My H wore one of the white ones that we had ordered for the wedding (the imprinted ones).  

I just took a quick look on Amazon and Etsy, and I didn't see anything like what you're looking for.  I'm guessing it's a little late to find someone to make one (I've only had a custom kippah made in J'lem, not sure where to get one otherwise), can you try making it?  I would try a paint pen--they have them at the crafts store, and they dry flat, not like puffy paint.  If you don't want to write the words freehand, you could try making a stencil (unless you happen to have small enough Hebrew stencils already--Jewish bookstore might have them).  Type what you want it to say in Word and then print it on a heavier weight paper and cut the letters out with an x-acto knife to make your own stencil.

My FI's parents are getting him a new tallis for the Aufruf and it comes with a matching kippah (which happens to be a darker shade of our colors), so I'm pretty sure he might wear that.

My husband just wore the same kipa he wears every day.  Are you near a Judaica shop that will get it inscribed for you?
