Looking for Chuppah kit

I was hoping someone could help me: I had seen a chuppah quilt kit online that sends you the sqaures, you decorate and send back, then they sew it together and make a quilt out of it. I've been looking everywhere for the site- the only one I was find is JudaiQuilt, and it's not the one I'm looking for
