Invitation Wording

Can you please take a look and tell me what you think is best?  Cocktails are before the ceremony.  My parents wanted to put 4:30 and be done with it, while I want to indicate that cocktails are at 4:30 and ceremony is at 5:30.  I'm trying to think of the best compromise while not breaking etiquette.  Thanks!

If I received that invite, I may not show until 5:15 because I don't care too much about cockatils. I'd come in time for the ceremony, but I wouldn't want to just hang out for an hour before it.

<div>That is what my parents are afraid of.  a) They want people to enjoy the food they are paying for.  b) They don't want people to miss the Bedeken.</div>
