Ketubah size?

We were looking on ketubah.com to get some ideas about pricing of our ketubah and saw the different sizing options. What is the average size of a ketubah?

Not sure about an "average" size but our ketubah only came in one size, 19 3/4'' x 25 1/4''.

Anyway, like october010bride, mine also came in one size, 19.5" x 25".  I chose this one from this company:

Ours was 26" x 20".  One thing to think about is the cost of framing.  Some studios make ketubot that will fit into standard sized frames, so you don't need custom framing.  If you're on a budget, that may be something to think about.

Our framing for our "odd" sized (says the framer) ketubah is VERY expensive Depending on the direction we take, it could cost almost as much as the actual ketubah.

We did the budget size...and it's really nice.

The custom frame I purchased at Michael's - even with a 60% off coupon - did cost almost as much as the ketubah itself!

I just picked up ours and it's 11 x14. Pretty simple and I will get an ornate frame for it.

does this one seem too god to be true?  my mom does caligraphy, so she could write in what is needed. We do not want to spend a ton of money on one!

The colors are pretty!  Make sure to run it by your rabbi and get his advice before you decide to purchase it.
