Kosher Wedding At Virginia Winery

Hey,
I just started thinking about wedding plans with my Fiance.  We want to do a Kosher wedding in Northern VA.  We were thinking of doing it at one of the wineries.  I forsee a conflict between the Kosher caterer and the winery requiring that we use their non-kosher wine for the event.  Has anyone figured out a way to make this work?  Which caterer did you use and which winery was understanding?

Thanks,
-a

Hm, firstly I'd probably contract kosher caterers in the area and see if they've ever worked at a winery before. If you don't get any headway that way, I'd probably call wineries next.

    Good luck!

If you mean strict kosher under supervision, they will absolutely have a problem with it. It'd be like if you asked for kosher meat catering but brought your own cheese to add to the food. It's not kosher, so not okay.

If you don't serve the winery's wine, it may be possible. That seems a little silly though, unless you want the winery for its pretty grounds :)
