I know most people are probably out celebrating the holiday, but I have been super productive wedding wise this weekend.

Checks:
*Re-did my clay cake topper
*Talked over reception details with DJ
*Paid off photographer
*Submitted final meal counts to venue. 79 guests attending.

The next few days are going to get crazy, I can't believe there are only 12 days left!!

Like you, I've been taking full advantage of my day off today (and was able to get a lot done yesterday, too).  

- Programs DONE!

- Flower Girl Basket DONE!

- Ceremony Reserved Signs DONE!

- Escort Card Display DONE!

- After-party dress in for tailoring

- FI purchased his shoes for the big day

- Flip Flop basket was purchased

- Material for making GM bow ties was purchased

- FI is now making the bow tie to accent my garter

- Collecting final responses from those missing

Still need to do:
- Welcome bags

- Escort cards (pinwheels are finished, but I need to do name/table # tags)

- Size tag the flip-flops (forgot I brought all of the flip-flops to my parents house)

- Purchase a basket to put the programs in

- Purchase some holders for my Guest "Book" questions

- Purchase boxes and ribbon for our favors

- Make favor tags

-Paid off the wedding planner-only have the florist & DJ left to pay!

*Fi is working on wine box
*Purchased picture frames, paint & printed paper for table numbers (just need the numbers now)
*Stared  painting & assembly of table number picture frames
*Ordered escort cards
* Drew up Seating Chart Diagram
*Painted cake topper
* Got glitter and glue to do my wedding shoes (just the wedge part)
*Milk glass vases together to drop off at the florist
*Working on finalizing music for the meeting with DJ tomorrow.
* Working on dog boarding while we're on our HM

-FINALLLY finalized the seating chart! YAY mom and FI
-Finished escort cards
- finished programs
-dropped off a bunch of stuff at the venue and florist
-paid the florist and the venue (again thanks mom!)
-Tanned a little in the backyard since we couldnt go to the beach

Write out cards to Bmaids and parents
pay off people
put tips together

Well, I was supposed to meet with the cake lady, but it got cancelled so we will just have to reschedule. 

I don't really have anything else, but I'm still working on just stuff...

We had a super productive weekend.

-rinsed all the candy buffet jars

-made labels for each candy and wrapped with ribbon

-finished drilling holes in the golf pencils and fan handles

-the other half of program fans are ready to be put together

-finished painting the program/bathroom basket containers

-finishing the attachment of photoshare cards to the chinese take out boxes

-seating chart

-painted the Mrs. and Mr chair signs
