Has anyone had to pay for their cake tastings? Do you think this is normal and would you do it?
I have had two different bakeries that told me they require $25 to schedule a tasting and if you go with them it will be taken off the price of your cake.
I understand that the tasting takes a lot of time and effort on their part. I do not want to pay $25 for a tasting when I don't even know their pricing and capabilities. I am kind of opting to not use any of the places that do this. Do you think I am being unrealistic?
