Challenges Accountability

I did W2D1 today.

Program Goal: 47 pushups
Actual Completed: 51 pushups

Yay, just over halfway to 100! 

I actually think this workout hurts my stomach more than my arms.  It's crazy how sore my stomach feels just from keeping my muscles tight!  I think tonight I am going to take pictures so I can compare the before and afters of all the challenges I will do.

  • I admit I dropped the ball this weekend since I was studying for finals so much plus my back has been acting up.  I moved over a category so I wouldn't aggravate my back.

    Last week I completed 109 push ups! I am VERY sure that is the most I have ever done in a week! I can;t believe at the end of this I will be able to do 100 in a row! CRAZY!!!

    Tonight I will be doing W2D1 (I totally spaced it this morning).

    I can't believe this either! wow. We are going to be so strong :)

    I did REALLY bad this weekend with working out and eating. So it's back at it this week, for me.

    Tonight I will do week2 day1 of the challenge. Not sure what the numbers look like, but I will post the results tomorrow!

    I was supposed to do the exhaustion test this weekend, but ended up not doing it. Saturday I deep cleaned the house and Sunday I was so sore I thought doing the test would be a bad idea!

    Today I will do the exhaustion test. I'm also doing the initial test for the sit ups. Probably not the best plan, but I made a 12 week exercise plan and I want to stay on track. Plus, I'll be doing the test 12 hours apart and they're different muscle groups...

    I'll update this post with how I do!

  • W2D2today. i only did 15consecutive because i was surprised to find my muscles were super tired. Still exceeded goal, and will do exhaustion this weekend!
