I am the MOH for my best friends wedding next year, and we have strted looking at bride's maid dresses. She is in love with a dress that is way out of any of the girl's budget, and I am just wondering if anyone has seen anything like this in the 100-200$ price range?

That's a Lela Rose dress.  Those are made by Dessy.  I bet you can find something similar in a Dessy brand.
