Trying to lose some weight for the wedding (and to be healthy overall), so I joined a gym and have been going since the beginning of the year. Well, I hopped on the scale this morning and have YET to lose a pound! i was hoping for one measly pound. So frustrating.
I go to the gym 5 days a week for about an hour with cardio and weights and watch what I eat (made sure I eat breakfast (oatmeal or cereal) and cut down on carbs since I'm a vegetarian). Yet FI only goes to the gym 3 days a week and eats EVERYTHING under the sun and already lost 7 pounds!
I just want to scream, and just hope it gets better.
