Monday Accountability and Weigh In

I can't post a quote or an inspirational picture because in headed to my doctor's appointment so I can either do it later or someone else can! I haven't been able to weigh myself in a while since FI broke the scale. I also don't ever really believe the scales at the doctors because your fully clothed hehe. B: Best smoothie ever that I can only get at home. L: Arugula salad with goat cheese, pine nuts, craisins and either a vinaigrette or lemon juice and a touch of olive oil D: crock pot shredded chicken tacos E: Gym!

  • I'm not stepping on the scale until at least weds after the weekend of bad food. Also, no meals planned as we have to go back home then grocery shop.

    E: None. Sad to say, somehow I pulled a muscle or something in my butt. I have the biggest knot that won't go away. I took a muscle relaxer last night and had a heating pad on it but it didn't work. Sitting here at work is killing me. :(

    ETA: added in lunch. Also, I'm skipping weighing myself this week and will do it next week.

    ETA: I ALWAYS forget to weigh myself in the mornig.... but I did weigh myself last night and was at 123- which is about what I was at a week ago in the morning... so I am thinking I may have lost a pound or 2! :)

    My weight has been flucuating so much this month!! It's annoying.
