I think we should just commit to reading the first one as a group. After that, I think we can vote to read the rest as the next book or pick something else and people can keep reading the series if they want.

I agree with Jaime, we should plan to discuss just the first one and maybe go from there seeing which ones every one read and whether we want to continue the series for a couple months or whatever.

Let us know when you're onto discussions.  I've already read this book, in fact, I'm currently TEACHING it to my 8th graders.  I'd be happy to get into the discussion though!

From the response here, it looks like everyone wants to read the first one and then re-vote on the others. Is that correct?
